I stopped by earlier this week, and the staff was really nice from the moment I walked in. They answered my questions, helped me out without making me feel rushed, and overall seemed professional. It made the whole experience easy.

"Pretty useless for photos"
This was kind of a joke if you’re trying to take pictures. The views were blocked half the time, and my photos came out looking like crap. Total letdown...

"Started a bit late and felt rushed"
It was okay overall, but since it started late, the whole thing ended up feeling a little rushed, if that makes sense.

"Wanted to like it, but the boat felt dirty and cramped"
I’ve usually had good experiences with this company, so I was kind of torn writing this. This ride just wasn’t up to what I expected. The seats were uncomfortable, the boat felt cramped, and it didn’t seem as clean as it should’ve been. I really wanted to enjoy it because I’ve liked them in the past, but it wasn’t a relaxing ride at all

"Pretty good cruise for the price"
It was, like, really worth the money. The views were great, the boat was clean, and it didn’t feel super overpriced like, you know, most things in NYC usually do. I’d probably book it again for sure.

"Easy Booking, But Boarding Needs Work"
Booking online was really quick and simple, which I appreciated. The boarding process, though, felt a little messy and slower than expected. The staff were helpful when I asked questions, but clearer signs would have made a big difference. I was a bit frustrated by the end, but I still felt relieved once I was finally on board.
